RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Atmosphere’s rental division is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Payment is due at the time of equipment pickup. Certification of insurance coverage and security deposit may be required. Atmosphere, Inc. accepts all major credit cards, and commercial accounts are available with approved credit application.

All equipment is available for inspection at the time of pickup. It is understood that all equipment is in good working condition at the time of pickup and will be returned in the same condition (normal wear is accepted). The renter is responsible for loss or damage to rented equipment and may be liable for its full replacement cost.

Spare lamps are provided with all rentals. Blown lamps must be returned to avoid replacement costs.

Delivery is available for an additional charge.
